Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email box accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the email box account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
